In Rothesay, New Brunswick, Maja led a main-level renovation for a family of six whose home needed better flow. With four young kids, the original layout wasn’t cutting it—so we reimagined the plan. The old living room became a dining space right off the kitchen, and the new living room moved to the front of the house. We also carved out a playroom/homework zone that’s cute for now but mature enough to grow with the kids. The result is a home that’s smarter, more functional, and ready for the reality of family life—because with four kids, flow isn’t optional.
